The location was marvellous and fantastic on the boardwalk and met requirements. We had a reasonably large premium apartment facing garden. The hotel staff was amiable, not annoying.
For us it was ideal.

The pool was a highlight, with crystal clear water and plenty of room to lounge. the location was great, just a few steps from the beach and plenty of dining options nearby. the staff were very pleasant and accommodating.
The dated decor was a bit of a letdown, and the lack of any real view from the room was a bit disappointing. there were a few cleanliness issues that could use some attention.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - close to shops but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Being right next to the beach was a dream come true. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony and terrace provided excellent views, and the dining table allowed us to enjoy meals in the comfort of our own space. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a memorable stay.
Even though we had a great time staying here, there were a few minor issues. The light fittings and air conditioners could use a little more maintenance, and some areas could have been cleaner, such as vacuuming and removing cobwebs.

We spent Easter at a hotel on the Sunshine Coast and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We particularly appreciated the underground parking and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. The location was great, it was within walking distance of various shops and restaurants and there was easy access to the local attractions. We loved the fact that we could walk to the beach in just a few minutes and enjoy the sun and sea breeze.
We did not enjoy the bed in the apartment. It was so uncomfortable, and we had difficulty sleeping at night.

We loved Beachcomber On the Spit! the location was perfect, right by the boardwalk and beach. the apartment met all our requirements with its 3 bedrooms, and it was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely relaxed feel. We were thrilled that we could easily walk to 'the Wharf' for meals or takeaways, and having our own safe carpark for our hire car was a bonus. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all. 😊.
